Brainstorming
With our services you may either provide or construct any specifications, and using our vast experience brainstorm, research and develop any antenna to fit your exact needs, from largest to smallest, of any type and for any purpose.
Preliminary Design
Upon completing the solution consolidation, preparation of the preliminary geometric sketches and calculation.
Modelling & Simulation
Once achieving the concept and constructing a 3D model, we offer our software simulation services by the innovative CST Studio Suite, enabling designing of your ultimate antenna parameters: materials, edge conditions, geometrics, antenna’s environmental surrounding, and more. The final solution then undergoes optimization.
Testing & Measurements
With a prototype to your satisfaction, we will test your antenna using the extremely fast SATIMO StarLab measurement system, assisting in the evaluation of your antenna’s exact performances and adjusting it to suit your most accurate demands for an ultimate final product. At the end of the testing process, an RF report including conclusions and recommendations is issued
Prototype Modelling
Upon finalizing a successful simulation process, a mechanical engineer constructs the physical prototype enabling the actual measurement testing. Using VNA Vector Network Analyzer, we measure the antenna’s VSWR return loss, isolation, and more. It is important to note that KSW has the ability for inhouse prototype modelling, an ability that extremely shortens your PDR phase.
Detailed Design

Following the PDR process and upon customers approval, a detailed design is then constructed, including strengths calculations, accurate materials definitions, accurately defined official drawings, detailed specifications, and more.
